All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied, we'll make it right whether that means creating a brand new print or giving you a full refund.
In case of shipping damage, please email HubbArt at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your art so we can assist you with your claim. Include photos of the damage to the artwork and do not discard packing materials.
Accuracy of information on the site
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our artwork including the applicable colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
Printing and Delivery
Printing and Delivery dates are estimates only. We do not guarantee manufacture and shipping dates as they may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the manufacturer or delivery service.
All client information is private and confidential. We do not share, trade or sell to anyone.
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive your shipment, provided the artwork is not damaged upon return. Simply email HubbArt at email@example.com with your request and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not discard the original shipping materials.
